Purchases are delivered immediately by adding messages to your account. By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the content is made available, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including for unused messages, except where required by applicable law. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or technical errors that prevent access to purchased content.
